Episode 7.03: Lorelai's First Cotillion

- 08/02 - Lorelai and Rory go to the Gilmores. There they meet 10-year-old Charlotte, the granddaughter of Emily and Richard's friends. Charlotte acts a bit like she is the Gilmores' maid of the episode in order to make up for a class on table manners she missed the previous week. Charlotte, along with other young teenage girls, will attend a cotillion. As the title of the episode says, Lorelai will attend the event. At Yale, Paris supervises tutors who are helping students prep for the SATs. Rory acts as a tutor. Michel also appears.

From chowbella: Is Gilmore Girls being renewed for another season?
Not yet. And I honestly think it's too soon to tell. As you may have seen in Scott Patterson's Q&A in the message boards, he believes it's up to the three or, rather, the two of them. It is Alexis and Lauren's call, and I don't think they'll know whether they want the show to continue until they see what the new producers do with it. Here's what Alexis told me: "I don't know, I mean, I'm kind of curious to see what it's like this season, because I know how I feel about the way it's been in the past. But it's going to be totally different, so we'll see how we feel after this year."
From belindi: I'm reading between the lines on recent Gilmore reports, and I'm guessing that Lorelai and Luke aren't the best of friends in real life. I'm okay with that. But if you tell me Rory and Logan don't get along, I'll freak out and die.
No reason for such silliness, my friend. All is well in Gilmore land, and Alexis has this to say of her onscreen boyfriend Matt Czuchry (and I swear she means it!): "It's really fun working with him, I mean it definitely is, because he's always very engaged, he's always in character, and it kinda motivates me. Because, like, I'm on the show every day, and when he comes in, he brings this fresh new energy and its kinda nice to work with him. So, I hope we get to have a lot more scenes together this season."

Ausiello: I'd like to see Luke and Lorelai end up together, but I'm not opposed to a Lorelai-Christopher pairing in the short-term. Lauren Graham and David Sutcliffe have an easy-breezy chemistry and, unlike L&L, I don't feel the need to cover my eyes when they round third base. There, I said it. Now commence with the stone-throwing.
Question: Is it true? Is someone having a baby on Gilmore Girls this season? — Lisa D.
Ausiello: Considering Liz announced that she was preggers on May 2, it stands to reason that a baby will pop out at some point this season. That's what we in the biz call a no-brainer.

. ive heard rumors about a movie but not for sure if they are going to do it or not...but i can still hope 
. well i finally got a dvd set of GG. Season one thanks to my friend Chelsea(gilmoregirlfreak). Now i just got to get the rest and then i also want to get the complete series box
